Lawson Elser has designed many office buildings for a wide range of business and clients.  We have designed new structures, retrofitted existing structures and designed additions to existing structures.  Our office experience includes all types of framing systems. 
The photo at the left shows the office building at 300 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana.  This is the fifth tallest office tower in Indianapolis and was designed by Michael Lawson prior to founding Lawson Elser.

Project Experience

Guide World Headquarters
Pendleton, Indiana

Two story, 125,000 sq. ft. building to house executive and engineering offices for the Guide Corporation.  The building is located at the intersection of I-69 and S.R. 38 in Pendleton, Indiana.

The Faris Building
Indianapolis, Indiana

Restoration and renovation of an existing manufacturing building for re-use as office space for Eli Lilly. The entire skin of the building was removed and replaced.
