Lawson Elser has extensive experience in the structural design of residential buildings including rental properties and private condominiums.  We have successfully  designed new buildings, and have also designed structural renovations necessary to adapt many existing building to residential  use.  Many of our building renovation projects have involved saving and restoring existing Historic structures for residential use.

Addition and renovation of a Historic Church to upscale condominiums. 
Located on Meridian Street, the church was renovated and several new floors built within the existing walls, mainaining the historic fabric of the extyerior.  A two level garage was added below both the existing church building and the addition.
